Two years ago, I had my first double eyelid surgery at ㅇㅂㅈ with buried-suture inner double eyelids + epicanthoplasty
At first after getting it done, I didn’t like it, so I said I would do the thing where they give you a discount if you write a review, but I just didn’t do it (it wasn’t that they transferred the money after you uploaded the post; you had to go to the clinic, show them the post, and receive cash)
I thought my eyes had become uneven, and on the day I went to get the stitches removed, I said they looked uneven. The operating surgeon came over and told me to open my eyes wide, try opening them this way and that, and said they would redo it But when I looked at the before photos, they had already been somewhat uneven originally, so I didn’t get revision surgery and am just living with them slightly uneven
They did quite a large epicanthoplasty, and even at 6 months the scarring was severe But they hid the scar very well in a place where it can’t be seen at all Even now, if I pull the inner corner of my eye toward my nose, the scar tissue shows If I don’t pull the skin, it doesn’t show
Even before surgery, they carefully designed it before going in, and I think they were extremely meticulous even with the stitch placement Even though there is an epicanthoplasty scar, it doesn’t show, so now I’m just fairly satisfied
+There were really a lot of people even during the consultation, and on the day of surgery, the surgical waiting area and waiting room were overflowing with people I had fasted since lunch, but I waited more than 3 hours past the scheduled time and almost died of hunger But maybe the surgeon was also operating while fasting, because when I woke up from anesthesia from time to time, every time the surgeon moved, I could hear their stomach growling
+From the day of surgery, I had glare/halos and decreased vision I think the glare/halos disappeared quickly, and the decreased vision got suddenly much worse and then improved a bit, but after surgery my vision did become slightly worse than before
