I have quite a lot of flesh on my nasal alae, and I really hated how my nostrils would spread widely to both sides whenever I smiled I went to a place with decent reviews for a consultation, and the director’s consultation style was honest and neat They pointed out exactly only what I needed, so I think I trusted them more After looking at my nasal alae, they said alar reduction and columella improvement would probably be enough. They said it wouldn’t be dramatic, but it would be corrected naturally, so I trusted them and left it to them There wasn’t any separate recovery period needed, so I didn’t have to worry about work, and my nasal alae seem to have naturally gotten smaller and my nose prettier Personally, I’m satisfied haha My nasal bridge also seems to have become slightly slimmer lol The scar is still a little red for now, but it’s only been 2 weeks, so I guess it’ll go away with time I’m going to keep applying the ointment regularly haha~
