Somehow, it has already been 2 months since the surgery. Now that the difficult period has passed, time seems to be going faster and faster haha Now that it has been 2 months, the swelling definitely seems to have gone down noticeably a lot. The director said that by around 3 months, about 80 percent of it would go down, and now there is one month left. Even now, when the swelling has not fully gone down, I am very satisfied, and many people look at my face and say my face has become so much smaller and that the surgery seems to have gone well. At first, when I was diagnosed as needing double jaw surgery and two types of facial contouring, I wondered, why do I need to do the square jaw and the chin together? But there was a reason everyone does it hahaha The sensation in my face feels like it is gradually returning, with slight itchy and tingling sensations. For meals, I mainly eat soft foods such as rice mixed into soup, fish, and steamed eggs. Although I cannot eat hard or tough foods, I am so happy that I can chew food and eat it haha Orthodontic treatment started again 1 month after the surgery ended. I do mouth exercises little by little when I take out the orthodontic elastics. When I open my mouth, about two fingers can fit, and there are no major problems when eating or in daily life. 2 Even now, after months have passed, I feel like I am recovering well, so I am very happy, and I am looking forward to how I will look in the future too.
