Review of mouth corner surgery!!

If you look at the before photo, I basically had no mouth corners So I heard a lot that I looked intimidating, but originally my mouth was shaped like:( and I forced the corners up because I was taking a photo But after getting it done, doesn’t my first impression look totally different? These days I’m really satisfied every time I look in the mirror!
