It’s been 15 days since I had it removed. I had rhinoplasty with septal extension, and when I went to have it removed, they said my nasal septum had weakened, so they left a little bit of the septum behind. But after waking up from a nap and looking at it (I lifted my chin and looked in the mirror), it seems like the septum is tilted. Can that happen..??ㅠㅠ
The nostril shapes are slightly different too, but many people said they experienced this and that it gets better with time, so I wasn’t worrying about thatㅠㅠ But since the columella? nasal septum? looks tilted, it’s bothering me so much ㅠㅠㅠ
When I sleep, I can’t keep my head perfectly straight (it’s not to the point where I turn completely onto my side), so is it because of that?? For those who had removal, do you sleep with your head straight..? I’m so scared
