1 Year Into Orthodontic Treatment

I had a crown done on a maxillary molar (large back tooth) at a private clinic, but within less than a year it became inflamed and filled with pus. When I went in, they said the tooth was cracked and that I needed either an implant after extraction or orthodontic treatment There was such a commotion at home, like, what was the point of getting the crown then... So in the end, I chose to see a professor at a university hospital, and decided to correct my protruding mouth at the same time! On the opposite side from where the molar was extracted, I had a premolar extracted, and now it’s been 1 year, and my front teeth have moved in a lot haha. My facial line has changed so much, I like it... My nasolabial folds are still there, but I’m still really satisfied that my mouth has gone in. My lower jaw wasn’t severe, so I had both wisdom teeth extracted and proceeded with Invisalign, and I’ve been wearing retainers since two months ago! They said now the upper side just needs to close too haha. They said if it comes down well like this, I probably won’t need an implant. My tongue already can’t fit into the space where the large molar was removed lol. I hope it takes less than 2 years
