I asked for a natural, slim straight-with-slight-curve line, and I emphasized that I hated a pointy, pinched-looking nose The nasal tip does look slightly upturned, but it’ll come down, right?
As you can see, before surgery I basically had no nose. I’d never seen anyone with a nasal bridge bone lower than mine haha

Your skin isn’t as thin as I expected?” and said we should do it without dermal grafting lolololol I liked that they didn’t over-recommend things the most><
