For a natural design that preserved my original nose shape, I had 5 mm silicone inserted into the nasal bridge and had the nasal tip gathered with septal cartilage suturing

I went after getting a recommendation for a plastic surgery clinic in Daegu that is good at noses, and I didn’t go around consulting at other places So I don’t know what other places are like,, (The price gets a bit cheaper if you participate in an event) (I just went because more than 9 people around me had actually said it was good)
I drew the nose shape I wanted on my own photo and showed it to them on the day of surgery I had it extended long, just like filling in the empty area, so it’s a bit straight-lined Still, now that I have a nasal bridge, I look human
People around me said it looked natural so they didn’t notice, and that my nose is pretty, so I’m satisfied
