Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

Day 6 after cheekbone surgery

My jawline is slim, but only my side cheekbones stuck out, so it had honestly stressed me out my whole life. I thought I should get surgery before turning 30, so, to be honest, I went to about three clinics half impulsively and decided ㅠㅠ

Just like everyone says, they say, “The medication is going in~,” and when you wake up, your face is wrapped in a compression bandage. Maybe because I only had my cheekbones done, there wasn’t much pain (thankfully ㅠ). But because of the anesthesia, the dizziness was so severe. That nausea lasted until about day 3, and I threw up even after just drinking water.. the dizziness really gets you.

It’s day 6 now, and from around day 5 the swelling definitely started going down quickly. My cheeks are just kind of plump now? Around day 4, when I was really swollen, I could see something like cheek hollowing, but honestly, my front cheeks were way too swollen for it to make sense to call it cheek hollowing, so I stopped worrying.

The biggest problem right now is that when I was waking up from anesthesia, I fell asleep with my head tilted to one side, so only the left side swelled badly and my eye ended up completely bruised ㅠㅠ..... I did go to work, but it doesn’t cover well, so it’s stressful..

Please, I just hope the swelling goes down nicely..!!
