It’s day 1 after surgery, and my swelling is really severe. What interval would be good for cold compresses?? Please tell me how often I should do it, like once every few hours, and about how many minutes each time. I also heard that placing it directly on the surgical area can strain it, but it should be okay to just put it on, right..? The swelling is so bad
