HBN and SPLS both said they use a surgical method where fat is inserted and fixed in place by reinforcing the septum on the orbital bone.
HBN has one chief director and uses local anesthesia (they personally performed my mother’s lower blepharoplasty) SPLS is with Director GYS and uses sedation anesthesia (the consultation manager had under-eye fat repositioning surgery with Director GYS)
However, I think HBN called this two-step periosteal fixation. But it seems like they’re calling the same thing by different names, or is that not the case?
I had no intention of getting fat grafting in the first place, so I only looked for conservative clinics and had consultations there.
Has anyone had only repositioning done at these two places? Both said there would be no hollowing after surgery, but if anyone has actually done it, could you please tell me how it was? Please
