The consultations were all really different, and at Kim Injoong and Dareum, they didn’t mention nostril reduction and seemed to pursue natural beauty. At all the other places, they said my eyes had ptosis and that I needed eye shape correction, but at Kim Injoong, they said it wasn’t ptosis. They said eye shape correction can have side effects like the eyes not closing, so it’s better not to do it if possible. So I went straight to an ophthalmologist, and they said they couldn’t tell, gave me a referral note, and told me to go to a general hospital. For reference, they said it would be hard to get insurance coverage for ptosis. Still, I have a lot of upper eyelid fat pressing down on my eyes, so I’m considering doing it. Even though I have quite a bit of upper eyelid fat, there were two places that recommended the buried suture method. It seems like it would come undone quickly. I haven’t decided yet and plan to look into it more.
