I had the silicone removed at a plastic surgery clinic and had revision surgery with costal cartilage. I’m very satisfied. The doctor was a woman, but I can’t remember her name. After surgery, the area where the costal cartilage was taken hurt for longer than the nose surgery site. Now the scar is barely visible, and I like that my nose has become smaller
