My nasal bridge used to be high, but after dissolving the nose filler, my nose basically disappeared And after rhinoplasty, I took off the splint, but there’s no nasal bridge There’s a horizontal line, and I don’t know if the filler was dissolved too much. They put in 4.5 mm, but it doesn’t feel enough to me, though people around me say it turned out well. I don’t know whether I should be happy or not. I like a more dramatic nose, but this is so natural that I’ll probably get revision surgery someday. I prefer a nose with a nasal bridge, so it’s not my style If I do it again, I’m thinking of using costal cartilage Someone I know had side effects from costal cartilage, so I didn’t use it, but if I get revision surgery, I’m open to using it
