I wrote what kind of eyes I have in part 1, so I’ll just write the review.
1. ㅅㅇㄱㄹ They recommended ptosis correction, incision, and lateral canthoplasty, totaling 2.4 million won excluding VAT. Done under local anesthesia. The director doesn’t seem to be the type to make the line thin. Other than that, they explained everything one by one well with a booklet. They recommended under-eye fat repositioning, but I don’t plan to do that. The consultant wasn’t especially kind or bad, kind of robot-like, but overall fine and okay. I saw reviews saying they match the line the way you want, so if doing lateral canthoplasty, it seemed okay.
2. ㅍㅇㅅ I went because I heard it was famous. There were a lot of people, and I requested Director ㅇㅇㅁ for the consultation. They checked with a machine after saying the opening strength of both eyes was different, then explained in detail that the incision should be done differently depending on the degree of opening strength. They didn’t particularly recommend lateral canthoplasty. Partial incision with ptosis correction was 1.54 million. But the director said they had an overseas schedule starting from the 20th. They told me postoperative care would be handed over to someone else. Sedation plus partial incision.
3. ㄷㄷㅈㅇ Before consulting here, I saw a lot of reviews saying people couldn’t consult with the director, so I asked if I could see the director and have a consultation. They said it was possible. But after the consultant consultation, when they told me to move and wait to see the director, they suddenly said there was a 10,000 won director consultation fee. The consultation fee wasn’t the problem; the attitude annoyed me. They should have told me in advance when I asked about a director consultation and made the reservation, but they told me on the spot. Other than that, the consultant’s consultation was long and detailed. Ptosis correction with incision was 1.7 million won (cash price), plus an additional 100,000 won if adding sedation anesthesia. They didn’t recommend lateral canthoplasty. I saw the director, and although the consultation was almost over in five minutes, they drew several lines and kindly answered everything. It was a bit uncomfortable because the consultant kept talking about the consultation content and asking things beside me. Also, I think it’s natural to ask the same questions whether someone has medical expertise or not, but they looked frustrated, opened the door to leave quickly before my question was finished, and it felt like a three-person conversation. And the consultant said there was a very high chance my eyes would loosen and that even pinching with something like an eye stick wouldn’t pinch well, but although I had gone around to six places, this was the first consultant who couldn’t pinch a line like this. Other people and the director here all pinched the line well in one try. The consultant wasn’t great, but if looking only at the doctor, it was an okay place. The doctor pinched several lines to see what looked good and was kind. They said I didn’t need lateral canthoplasty.
I’m thinking of visiting one, two, or three more places before deciding, but since the director at ㅍㅇㅅ said they’re going abroad, I probably won’t go there, and I’m thinking 1 >>> 3 or Seoul.
