I removed the donated costal cartilage and had surgery again with donated costal cartilage. I lowered the glabella slightly and extended the nasal tip a lot with costal cartilage. I had revision surgery because seeing my nostrils was a complex of mine, and I didn’t know my side profile would become this pretty. I’m happy, everyone. I’m tired from general anesthesia, but I feel so good I can’t sleep.
My original nose was a short nose + low nose.
A new nose I paid for myself by swiping my card, without getting even a single discount.
