But the consultation was too short and felt like they looked things over roughly. I wanted no implant, but was told it would be difficult and was recommended silicone and donated rib cartilage. It was the most expensive among the places I went to.
2. Miㅎ Both the director and the consultant were kind. This was the only place that did not charge a consultation fee. No implant is possible, but autologous dermis would need to be used. They said functional nose surgery also seemed necessary.
3. Wiㅂㅅ The director’s consultation was not that detailed. The consultant was kind, but it was interesting how the price suddenly dropped from 5.5 million to 3.6 million won. They said I would need silicone.
4. DiㅇD The surgery before me ran long, so I waited a long time. The director’s explanation was very detailed. They were kind. They said no implant is possible and suggested using ear cartilage and fascia from behind the ear. They also recommended osteotomy. The price was not cheap. Since they didn’t take either photos or CT, I wondered why they charged a consultation fee, but the explanation was soooo detailed that I understood.
