They recommended bulbous nose correction, nasolabial angle correction, osteotomy, alar reduction, and hump correction. The consultant quoted 6 million. They seem to prefer a dramatic-looking nose..
2. Gangnam ㅇㅇㅂ, Director ㄱㅈㅇ They said the nasal tip could be done with septal cartilage, but if I wanted a dramatic look, donated costal cartilage was also possible. They also recommended alar reduction. Without donated costal cartilage - high 3 millions.

Gangnam ㅈㅇㅅ (currently ㅇㅂㅈ), Director ㅇㄱㅁ They said if I was going to do fat grafting on my forehead, I could raise the bridge more, but otherwise I could just raise the nasal tip with septal cartilage using my current bridge height. High 3 millions. They said that after surgery, if there wasn’t enough septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage might be used, and then the price would increase. ++ I was scared of nose surgery and thought about it for 3 years before getting it done, so I went to a lot of consultations during that time. While replying to comments, I remembered a few more places, so I’m writing them down lol 4. Gangnam ㄷㅇㅇ, Director ㅅㅇㅅ I heard Director ㅅㅈㅇ here was famous, but I went while touring Gangnam clinics without making a reservation, so I was randomly assigned a director. After the consultation, I did online research at home and apparently this person is also a director who specializes in nose surgery at ㄷㅇㅇ! It’s a large hospital, but I felt the system was well organized. For the consultation, they clearly summarized and told me exactly what procedures my nose needed. Maybe because they were busy, it didn’t feel like they dragged the consultation out for long. They recommended silicone for the bridge, nasal tip/nasolabial angle + ear cartilage, and said bulbous nose correction, nasolabial angle correction, hump correction, and osteotomy were optional. They also gave me an estimate almost exactly the way I wanted, and with the maximum discount it was 4.5 million? Considering the price and how well communication with the director seemed to go, No. 3 seemed more right for me than No. 4, so I passed.
5. ㄱㄹㅂ, Director ㄴㅂㅇ (I don’t remember if it was Gangnam or Apgujeong) A director in his 50s who seemed like a father figure. As far as I know, he specializes in noses, and he said he would make a pretty nose for me using custom 3D silicone. When I went in 2021, I think it was mid-3 millions, but I threw away all the business cards where I wrote down the prices, so I don’t remember either the options or the priceㅠㅠ lol. Somehow it didn’t really click with me, so I passed.
6. Gangnam ㅌㅍㅇㅅ, Director ??? The director was older, but I couldn’t remember the name, so I searched the website again, and now they’re not there...? They touched my nose, drew quickly on paper, diagnosed that I had a hump and that my nose was a bit deviated, and suggested doing a nasal osteotomy and placing silicone. I remember passing because they seemed to pursue a dramatic look.
7. Apgujeong ㄱㅇㅈ, Director ㄱㅇㅈ I went once because this place is famous for revision surgery and doing things safely(?). It’s quite popular, so it’d probably be good to book in advance. I had already gone to consultations at many places, so it was tiring to keep going around, but after reading online reviews and blog posts about ㄱㅇㅈ clinic, I got the impression that if I did it at this clinic, it would be done naturally and safely, so I wanted to get an estimate once. But after the consultation, I ruled it out immediately. Director ㄱㅇㅈ also definitely had a preferred style. If No. 1 and No. 6 pursued a dramatic look, this place was the complete opposite. The director said they don’t over-project the nasal tip, and if I wanted it more projected, I should go around to a few more hospitals~ but this clinic was almost the last one I went to.. After the director’s consultation, when I talked with the consultant, they also said the degree of naturalness I wanted would be difficult at this clinic, and if that was the case, they also wouldn’t want me to have surgery here. So I cleanly passed. ㄱㅇㅈ pursues naturalness, but I thought I’d regret it if it was so subtle that people couldn’t tell I had surgery, and I remember the price was expensive too.
I stopped by one more place in Gangnam, but I can’t remember the name. I went to many places, but in the end, I didn’t have surgery in Gangnam and got it done at a local clinic. I mainly consulted at plastic surgery clinics in Gangnam because I thought I might as well do it somewhere famous, but when I considered the nose estimate, price, and postoperative care, the local clinic seemed better, so I went there. Still, getting consultations at multiple Gangnam clinics was helpful.
I hesitated for 3 years because I heard nose surgery can have serious side effects, but at the point of writing my one-week post-op post, I feel like I did well getting the surgery and wish I had done it soonerㅠ
