They said it was not the side cheekbones or front cheekbones, but only the exact 45-degree angle protruding, so there is less concern about cheek sagging in this area compared with other areas. He seemed very confident about proceeding with the surgery. I think that part came across as a high level of trust from the patient’s point of view. I heard that they discourage unnecessary surgeries; they do give a hint if a surgery is unnecessary, but it seems they will proceed if the patient wants it.
