I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery 2 years ago, but it completely came undone, so my eyelids drooped down as if sagging. In the end, I had revision eyelid surgery. I had the revision done with the buried-suture method again, but because my existing eyelids had so much sagging skin, it was extremely difficult.
