Since I live outside the capital area, I didn’t have much information, and internet posts were full of ads, so I only had consultations and surgery for breast augmentation at a hospital with a famous doctor who appears on YouTube.
The consultation manager seemed sharp and made it seem like she would take responsibility from start to finish and provide aftercare. The director was nice because, just as I felt from YouTube, he wasn’t pretentious and seemed to have pride in his work, and he was a gentle person.
Because of the director’s schedule, I had to reschedule the consultation, do tests, etc., so before surgery I visited several times, and even through aftercare, I didn’t see the consultation manager even once.
The things promised during the consultation were not passed on to the aftercare 담당 person. The things they said were possible, the care nurse said were not possible, so I was taken aback.
I trusted a big two-syllable hospital and a famous director and paid the highest price among breast augmentation surgeries, but I was extremely disappointed by the sloppy management.. I felt betrayed.
I’m writing this because I got angry after receiving care and being treated like a nuisance.
