Put in Mentor MemoryGel Smooth High 320 They inserted different sizes after looking at each breast size.
Post-op care is insanely good. Seriously. I think they did an ultrasound every time I went.
As for the surgical result, I have a transaxillary scar, lateral displacement when lying down in the left breast, and a firm? feel.
When I touch them, I can feel the implants, but other people say they can't tell (could just be empty words).
They said it's because my skin is firm. They apologized, saying that the reason they had said I didn't need an upper band because my skin was firm seems to be the cause of the lateral displacement. But revision surgery is annoying and, is it really necessary..? I rationalized it by thinking that when I lie down, the side displacement actually looks like it spreads naturally, and I mentally declared victory. They say they will do scar revision surgery, but since my body scars easily anyway, I'm going to dermatology and diligently applying whitening ointment. The dermatologist strongly advised against scar surgery, so I'm just going to apply whitening ointment like crazy for a year...
Recommended if you're willing to do post-op care well even if the doctor tries to stop you.
