I’m thinking about getting revision surgery, so I want to know where I had my first surgery,,, It’s not that I want to have surgery again at that clinic, I just want to check exactly how my surgery was done (I only know it was a full-incision double eyelid surgery,,) and at least whether that director is still there or not, but it’s been so long that I can’t remember the clinic name I heard medical records are only kept for up to 10 years too…
