6 years after clear aligner treatment

I don’t remember exactly, but I think it took about 6-8 months. I chose clear aligners because they had the advantage of correcting my teeth quickly and not needing metal braces. Personally, I recommend getting regular orthodontic treatment... Since clear aligner treatment corrects teeth by shaving between the teeth, I feel like my teeth have become much weaker. I also think regular braces make things more stable? In my case, my two front teeth and two lower teeth were slightly crooked, so I had it done, but my front teeth didn’t become perfect, so for the last 2 months I had metal braces. After that, they became completely straight. I didn’t get metal braces on my lower teeth.. but I’m not sure they look that different from before the treatment.. At the time, the doctor said that in my case, if my lower teeth became completely straight, the center line wouldn’t match my upper teeth, so I chose not to do it. Back then, I was also tired of dealing with it and it wasn’t very noticeable, so I said okay, but as time has passed, it bothers me a bit.
