Hi, I just came back from a consultation for my third revision rhinoplasty, and the doctor there said they’re going to stack Megaderm and put it in the nasal tip.. I had AlloDerm put in my nasal bridge before and it all got absorbed.. So what do you think is better for the nasal tip: Megaderm vs donated rib cartilage or ear cartilage?
