I went around to two places for consultations, and both of them said to put only 2 mm of silicone in the nasal bridge. They said dermis is okay too, but for a first rhinoplasty, silicone gives a prettier shape and inflammation is rare, and if inflammation happens, they can remove it and put in dermis instead. Will silicone be okay..? I’ve also heard a lot that even if you live fine after getting silicone, inflammation can happen years later, so I’m a little scared.. Still, would it be better to go with what the doctor recommends?
