My nose has weak alar cartilage, thin skin, and so on... basically, it’s a nose with unfavorable conditions. They said if I raise it a lot, my nostrils are small too, so it could become hard to breathe. The goal would be to make it closer to an ordinary person’s nose, and they said it couldn’t be like a celebrity’s nose, so I was disappointed, but I liked that they spoke honestly and told me things as they were. Since they clearly said what couldn’t be done, I was able to let go of some of my greed. They said they would use septal cartilage + ear cartilage and silicone, but would not do septal extension surgery; instead, they would build a support strut. Overall, it seemed like they also consider nasal function together when it comes to surgery. It seemed like a place that operates safely, so among the places where I had consultations, it stayed with me the most, and it’s the place I’m considering for surgery.
