Some people say the nose is the most important feature of the face, and I’m now living that reality lol. I had never been called handsome in my life (except by my mom..), but after changing just my nose, my face looks more lively and I occasionally get called handsome. My nose was not particularly strange; it was just ordinary, giving me an average-looking impression. After surgery, I started hearing that I looked handsome, so I’m leaving this review. Before surgery, I was stressed because my nostrils were very visible from the front and side.
I was concerned that surgery might look too obvious, so I chose a natural approach while minimizing complications (I’m secretly a bit timid..). I visited many clinics for consultations while looking for a good place for male rhinoplasty. Since I wanted a natural style, I chose First Like Plastic Surgery. They clearly explained the differences between female and male rhinoplasty, which resonated most with me, and their natural-looking reviews were the best.
After the consultation, I had surgery on the bridge and tip using septal and ear cartilage, along with nostril lowering. It turned out much better than my acquaintances’ noses lol. Nostril lowering made the nostril shape prettier, and my nostrils are barely visible from the front or side, so I’m extremely satisfied.
My life also changed after surgery: 1. Both parted and fringe hairstyles suit me perfectly (a parted style did not suit me before). 2. The chance of being rejected at bars and clubs has practically disappeared. 3. Blind dates, which I never used to get, have increased dramatically. 4. A woman once asked for my number first.
※ Note: Female and male friends, classmates, and seniors and juniors all keep asking where I had it done, which is a little annoying.. It feels even more meaningful because my life changed, not just my self-satisfaction. I think a man’s nose is his life, so with one spoonful of exaggeration, I’m bowing toward First Like Plastic Surgery every day lol. There is only one thing I regret about the surgery: not doing it sooner... Since it can change your life, if you’re going to do it, do it sooner. (A female friend saw my nose and said she had hers done there too; it seems they’re genuinely very good at noses.)
