I’m in my early to mid-20s, and congenitally the aegyo-sal under my eyes looks like it has two layers? It’s like I have under-eye fat bags, so I’m thinking of getting surgery. Please recommend which hospitals are good..! I think I’d prefer somewhere that feels more like a private clinic rather than a factory-style clinic, but factory-style recommendations are okay too! I won’t accept ads or broker comments..
