<My eyes now>Hi, I’m one month after incisional revision surgery
My eye surgery history is first surgery: incisional surgery, ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, lower canthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty about two and a half months before this surgery: epicanthoplasty restoration this time, I only had revision surgery with an incisional method
At first I thought it was just early bruising, but it’s been a month and it’s still there I asked at my follow-up, and they said it seems like it may last up to two or three months They said because it’s revision surgery, this can happen if there is bleeding, etc. depending on the existing scar..
As you can see in the photo, my eyes don’t close either But they said I didn’t have ptosis correction or tissue excision, so it’s due to swelling and that they’ll close They basically followed the existing line tightly, almost like making a second line
For one month post-op, I’m worried because there seem to be problems like bruising and my eyes not closing.. I’m just posting this so others can know cases like this can happen..,,, Nothing went wrong with me, right? sigh
