<Before..>After<CT after the first surgery... secondary angle><Now!>My square jaw used to be really severe, so I had two facial contouring procedures Square jaw surgery and chin-tip surgery, like that.. After the surgery, my chin definitely seemed shorter, but because my chin got shorter, the square jaw stood out even more, and they said the chin tip had a secondary angle; I developed a stair-step-like contour. (It shows up well if you look at the CT above) I paid for facial contouring to become prettier, but instead I only got side effects, and it was nothing like the look I wanted. I got really depressed and stressed, so I gained a lot of weight Once I gained weight, my jaw looked even wider, my appearance got worse, and I was honestly so angry.. I looked a lot at this community too, joined facial-contouring KakaoTalk chat rooms, and got advice about my concerns, and people said secondary-angle side effects are common and that I needed revision surgery. So I got recommendations, made a list of clinics, and went around to consultations. Because I had developed side effects after having surgery once, when I went for consultations again, if I felt even a little like they were looking at me carelessly or doing a rushed consultation, I ruled them all out,, I had surgery at a place where I liked the director’s vibe during the consultation, the reviews, and the before-and-after cases. To me, he felt the most like a real doctor, and I had surgery at a hospital specializing in revision surgery. They shaved down the square-jaw area more, so my face became slimmer, and they also slightly raised the chin-tip position again, so I think it turned out well without secondary-angle symptoms. After surgery, when I couldn’t eat well and things like that, I really pulled myself together from that point and started dieting too. For about 2 months, I was very careful with what I ate (I didn’t eat spicy or salty foods, quit tteokbokki and malatang, and started eating a little chewy food from around 3 months) I lost about 5 kg, and once some of the residual swelling went down, I think it looks okay!
