<Before><After>I grew up hearing only that I was ugly since I was young, so as soon as I turned 20, I decided to go straight for plastic surgery. I narrowed it down to about three famous places and went around for consultations, but only this place had clean, nice facilities, and both the consultant and the director gave me a neat, focused consultation. What I liked most was that they especially did not recommend other cosmetic procedures. Since I had a flat, asymmetric bulbous nose, I proceeded with silicone, nasal septal cartilage, and alar base incision. The surgery process hurt a bit, but I am extremely satisfied with the result haha Once my ugly nose became an average-looking nose, even the confidence that had sunk into the deep sea came back up to the surface, and my obsession with my appearance decreased a lot. But as side effects, I ended up with rhinitis and a slight loss of smell. Still, I am very satisfied
