It was a few years ago so I do not remember the cost, but I remember that it was expensive because it used autologous costal cartilage. In the end, I really regret it. The shape is extremely awkward and blunt. The bridge of my nose has been absorbed more and more over time, and it feels lumpy when touched. At the time I cried every day, and as soon as it hit 6 months I had the entire nose-tip removal surgery at a hospital in Seoul. I left the bridge in place, but I should have removed that too.. Now even removal is not easy, and they say that if I do bridge silicone, the lumpiness could show through.. The revision surgery cost is not cheap either.. The shape here is really strange. It makes a garlic-nose, a demon-nose.. I knew nothing and paid a lot of money, thinking only of the claim that there would be no inflammation, but the shape was ruined and I barely managed to hold on for 6 months.. Revision surgery is not easy either..
