I really have to decide now, and the doctor has 6-7 years of experience, but the consultation was very detailed, kind, and good. I went for a consultation because someone’s review in a community looked so pretty. But I also wonder if it was because that person already had a pretty nose to begin with. And there are clinics that say they try not to use costal cartilage if possible, but if they say they might use donated costal cartilage during surgery if needed, do you have to pay an additional fee after surgery? I feel like if I were going to use rib cartilage, I probably would have gone to another clinic. Also, one clinic is unusually inexpensive. But from the reviews, they seem to be good.

Since it’s a revision surgery, the cost is enormous. But since they only put in and removed silicone without even using ear cartilage, I also feel kind of wronged? in a way.
