I went to ㄷㄷㅇ and ㅁㅂ 2 weeks ago, and this week I went to ㅁㅇㄷ and ㅂㅇㅂ!! If I do it, I think I’ll do it at either ㅁㅇㄷ or ㅂㅇㅂ I’m so torn between the two, so I’d be grateful if everyone here could take a look and help me.. This would be my first surgery! I have a bit of a bulbous nose! 1. ㅁㅇㄷ CT (10,000 won) Clean facilities They said there’s a high chance of using silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage There is a possibility of using donated costal cartilage, but it’s very slim Bulbous nose correction, short nose correction When the director came in, somehow I got a good feeling and trusted them! They explained while drawing it with Photoshop, and said they would do alar reduction together through an internal incision, along with columella extension They said they would use about 2-2.5 mm of silicone 2. ㅂㅇㅂ No separate CT fee Here too, they said they would likely use silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage Bulbous nose correction, nasolabial angle correction The director was cheerful, seemed confident, and was very straightforward. But here, they asked if I wanted alar reduction, and when I said I had thought about it but wasn’t sure, they said I probably didn’t really need to do it. They said they use 3.5-4 mm silicone!! And it seemed like they look at the nose line in harmony with how it connects to the forehead
I said I wanted a natural-but-refined look, but I’m still slightly closer to the more glamorous side. At ㅁㅇㄷ, I asked whether that amount of silicone would be enough because I thought it might look too natural, and they said that if it’s raised too much, the nose could end up looking bigger, so they thought it would be enough. ㅂㅇㅂ referred to the photos I showed them and said, let’s still focus more on the glamorous side, and that it would suit me well The overall surgical method and materials seem similar, with only certain parts differing, so I’m really torn... I was satisfied with both directors’ consultations!! If I do it, I think it’ll be one of these two places, so I’m even more conflicted.. Oh, and is 3.5-4 mm of silicone considered a lot???
