The first photo is my nose right now, and the second photo is the photo I’m aiming for. There isn’t a huge difference, but the protruding part at the nasal tip and columella bothers me, so I tried removing it with Photoshop. About a year ago, I built up the nasal tip with septal cartilage and inserted ear cartilage, but the ear cartilage at the nasal tip shows through and is bumpy, so I want to shave this down. But I don’t trust the clinic where I had it done. Like in the photo, if I say, “Please don’t do any other manipulation, just shave down only the bumpy part of the nasal tip the way I want,” would there be a clinic that would do it?!
