7 years ago, I had silicone on the nasal dorsum and ear cartilage plus septal cartilage for the nasal tip. My nose was originally low, so maybe the silicone between my eyes was placed too high, because anyone can tell I’ve had nose surgery (when sunlight hits it, the silicone between my eyes shows through..). Well, the line itself is okay, so I just lived with it, but now that I’m in my 30s, I want to give up on having a high nose and make it look natural so people can’t tell I had rhinoplasty.. I want to lower only the silicone on the nasal dorsum and leave the nasal tip as it is. Is it possible to change only the silicone without touching the nasal tip? And maybe because the septal cartilage was touched, my columella is retracted, so I also need columella surgery. I haven’t gone around for consultations yet, so can I ask about places that do columella surgery + hospitals for revision surgery??
