While getting calf Botox, I ended up getting trapezius Botox too! My trapezius muscles weren't that severe, but the effect was better than I expected. For about 1-2 weeks after getting Botox, the trapezius area did feel a bit tingly and painful when I raised or moved my arms. I would get it again. But after some time passed, it seemed to come back a bit, so my trapezius muscles felt like they looked a little bigger?
