I had the splint removed today, and overall I think it went well, but the nasal tip is slightly lifted. Is this swelling? ;; I think it would be fine if it just came down a little, but I'm anxious. For reference, I had ear cartilage used for the nasal tip and silicone. Looking at other posts, some people say it came down, but it seems like some people didn't, so;;
