Hello, I went to two places, ㅇㄹ and ㅎㅌ. I’m really torn about which of the two to choose..
At ㅇㄹ, I consulted with Director ㄴㅁㅎ, there was no CT scan, and the consultation fee was 10,000 won. They only do one surgery per day there, and the system seemed like that whole day runs just for me, so it gave me trust. The director was also meticulous and emphasized what made them different from other hospitals, so I had made up my mind to do it there, but when I looked at the reviews once more, it really was sooooooo natural.. The director said donor rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, which are used a lot these days, aren’t good to use, and suggested using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. They said if the cartilage is tied incorrectly, it could become a pinched nose, so I think they said they would shave the nasal ala!! For a deviated nose, bulbous nose, and nasal bridge, roughly like that, the estimate came out to 4.5 million won
And then I went for a consultation with ㅎㅌ’s representative director ㅎㅅㅊ. There was no consultation fee, and they did a CT scan. Since they did imaging, I could definitely see my nose. They also confirmed a hump that I couldn’t tell at all with the naked eye. I went there because I liked their before-and-after photos. But the director suggested using donor rib cartilage and tying the cartilage. Since I had been told at ㅇㄹ that that method is not recommended, I’m really conflicted now … The estimate here was 4.4 million won!
I’m going for a natural + glamorous feel, so what would you all do? ㅠㅠ I’m worried ㅇㄹ might be too natural, and ㅎㅌ because they use donor rib cartilage.. So I even thought about going to ㅇㄹ and asking them to make it look noticeable ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Sighㅠㅠ I’d be grateful for any advice
