Before<Front view before surgery>Before<Side view before surgery>AfterAfterAfterAfterEver since I was young, my flat nose and large nostrils were always a complex of mine, but one day I saw a coworker who had gotten nose surgery, and after seeing how natural and pretty it turned out, I decided to get rhinoplasty. Since it was my first nose surgery, I was scared, and I had also heard a lot about inflammation and side effects, so I wanted to do it properly the first time. While researching, I thought autologous costal cartilage was the safest and had the fewest side effects, so my first priority was finding a hospital with extensive experience that could perform the surgery safely. Of course, the design was important too. So while researching diligently, I came across Director ㅇㅂㅎ. The director had a lot of experience, and when I looked up reviews, I liked the designs. Most of all, the hospital was much bigger and cleaner than I expected, and I liked that there were 4 anesthesiology specialists. When I went for the consultation, the director explained the surgical process, surgical method, and other details very thoroughly and kindly, so I trusted them more and decided to go ahead. On the day of surgery, I had no bruising, but the area where costal cartilage was used in my nose hurt a lot, so I took the prescribed medication and even took Tylenol. My throat especially hurt so much that I frequently drank warm water and cool water alternately. My throat got better from day 2, but it was hard because breathing was uncomfortable. I looked up a lot of other people’s reviews online, but for me, the pain was not as bad as I expected from day 3 onward, so I could move around on my own, and the bruising was not severe either. By week 2, as you can see in the photos, the bruising and swelling had almost gone down, so unless you looked closely, you could barely tell, and people around me said it looked very natural.
Now that one month has passed, the visible bruising is gone, and from what I can see, the swelling has gone down a lot, so it seems to have become really natural. People around me say it has become extremely natural... I also don’t have chest pain anymore, so I’m thinking of slowly starting exercise now haha Before, when I ran even a little, it felt like my nose was being pressed down?? but that feeling has almost disappeared too, so I don’t think there is any inconvenience in daily life, and I’m looking forward to how it will look once the swelling goes down even more^^
