1. Cost: 4,000,000 / same-day deposit 3,600,000 (deposit refundable) 2. CT X / They checked the inside of my nose and the external shape of my nose 3. Alar reduction + 3 mm silicone + nasal tip with septal cartilage (ear cartilage if insufficient) 4. Line: They used an iPad to show the side profile after surgery, but I couldn’t estimate the front view... After alar reduction, I want the nostrils to become more of a rounded straight line rather than a round line, and I wanted the nasal bridge to have some thickness, but while we were talking about don’t put in silicone (director) vs I want to put it in (me), I couldn’t ask in detailㅠㅠ As for the degree of alar reduction, judging from the before/after photos too, I think they’ll reduce it naturally and well. 5. 3-year A/S, scar injections, swelling injections, etc. free; disinfection after 1 day; splint and stitches removed after 6 days; mandatory follow-up visit after 2 weeks; CCTV can be viewed anytime; guardian can observe the surgery process; performed under sedation anesthesia; surgery time 1.5 hours 6. Personal overall review: From the perspective of someone who puts safety as the very, very top priority, personally I think this place would be number one for safety at least. The next priority is design, but I’m so disappointed that I don’t feel like I got a definite answer on the design... Even if I simply think of it as silicone, alar reduction, and bulbous nose correction, I feel the result won’t be bad, so I’m putting it on hold for now! (I think I need to look at a lot of review photos to see what the shape looks like with silicone, and what the shape looks like after alar reduction and bulbous nose correction.)

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
