Would it be much better to get under-eye fat repositioning done in Seoul?

I live outside Seoul, and in this area there isn’t anywhere for under-eye fat repositioning that really draws me in ㅠㅠ Since I’m going to do it anyway, I’m wondering if I should do it in Seoul, but would that be too much considering aftercare ..? In Seoul, I’m thinking of hospitals like ㅇㄹ and ㄸㅋ !! For under-eye fat repositioning, about 3 days total should be okay, right ..? 1 day for consultation and booking + 1 day for surgery + 1 day for aftercare ..? I’m worriedㅜㅜ
