Before/after/after/after/after I had severe nasal congestion because of rhinitis. But honestly, I didn’t go to the hospital to fix my rhinitis. I just had a complex about my nose because it was so unattractive. So I looked into plastic surgery clinics for nose surgery. Miho is also famous for noses and had good reviews, so I went there, and when they took a CT, I was diagnosed with rhinitis right away. I almost thought they were fortune-tellers. They asked, “Isn’t your nasal congestion severe? It must be hard because of rhinitis,” so I was so surprised lol So they said if I had nose surgery while improving the rhinitis, it would get much better, so I went ahead with that. My natural nose really had no bridge and the area between my eyes was sunken.. It was almost a serious condition, so an implant was necessary. I had silicone for the nasal bridge, and for the nasal tip I used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. After surgery, when my nose was blocked with cotton, it was hard to breathe, so it was really scaryIt was so uncomfortable when sleeping too.. I practically slept sitting up, and it was so hard that I don’t think I could do it twice. Even after removing the splint, it was so swollen that I honestly felt hopeless, wondering if I was going to become Avatar like this. But with the nose, the swelling kept going down little by little over several months. At first, I also worried every day that maybe my surgery went wrong and felt depressed, but it was a useless worry. I’m so happy that I have a nasal bridge now, and since my face looks more three-dimensional, my impression changed. My mom also says I look much better now after surgery. But I think doing it twice would be too hard, so I’m going to live like this from now on hehe
