I had my first consultation in winter (without putting down a deposit), and since I felt like I should have the surgery during the Chuseok holiday, I booked another consultation and confirmed the surgery date! The price had gone up, but... since this was a major surgery to say goodbye to my cheekbones, I decided not to get tempted by events or big discounts and to go in with my own conviction. I went ahead with the surgery, and the doctor also removed some fat from my cheeks around the cheekbones, so my cheeks feel more hamster-like than the swelling from the cheekbones...?
I went back to work on day 4 after the holiday break, wearing my mask tightly Even though I live outside the city, I made time to go in for care on one weekday and one Saturday every week From the start, the bruising and swelling were not extremely severe, but I kept up the post-op care after facial contouring at ㅇㅅㅁㄱ and took care of myself diligently
Looking back after a month, I think not being able to wash was harder than not being able to eat
Washing after contouring * For face washing, until day 5 it’s better to wipe with cleansing tissue or wet wipes. You can still wash your hair around day 3, but please avoid bending your head down to wash it until one month later. Showering is possible even the next day, and brushing teeth is possible only after 7 days
Not being able to eat is only temporary, and you’ll lose a little weight for a bit, but once you start eating regular meals again, it comes right back....!!! I wrote this review as help based on whatever came to mind, so it’s messy, but it’s a genuine self-paid review, and I hope it helps those who are 고민하고 있는 분들께. If you have questions, I’ll answer them~!!
