It’s been 3 days since surgery, please look at the upper fullness

I did before/after photos too Some people here said they were in a lot of pain after breast surgery, and some said it was painless, but I’ll say mine is about half and half, somewhere in the middle. Because the pain from the breast surgery side is just kind of sore, and it seems close to painless, but after accessory breast removal, the pain on this side is worse. Is it just me, or is the side where accessory breast tissue was removed usually more painful? Today is day 3, and I feel like there is some upper fullness, but as time passes, it will come down…right? For now, I like the shape. The size too (Demi 285, 265, placed slightly differently on each side). I’m very skinny (154/44 kg), so I used smaller implants too. Just having something attached to a chest that had nothing feels like something to be grateful for, so during the consultation with the director, I asked for it to look absolutely natural and absolutely have a UU line. Maybe because the director already pursues natural-looking results, I got a recommendation close to the size I had in mind, and I hope the expensive, precious Motiva settles well.
