I wanted double-eyelid surgery without a crease, so I visited and had it done. The surgeon was kind and took a slightly conservative approach, probably because one possible complication is being unable to close the eyes, so they seem to prioritize safety. There were two coordinators. One of them replied quickly before payment, but after surgery disappeared and didn’t even answer calls. When I called after work, she told me to contact the hospital. The change was not extremely dramatic. When I asked, they said the advertisements had been retouched. Still, I disliked the wrinkles above my eyes, and incision surgery removed them, though my eyes became slightly asymmetrical. The coordinator said I had difficult eyes. Before payment, they were very confident, but afterward their attitude of telling me to ask the hospital for everything was disappointing. The surgeon was kind and seemed to genuinely try to help somehow.
