Because it was a revision surgery, I really searched through all kinds of communities, looked very carefully, narrowed them down, and went around for consultations (I should have done that from the beginning...ㅜㅜ) But even when you receive consultations for the same thing, there is that feeling of, ah, this is the place, you know.
For me, the place where I felt, yes, this is it, and got a strong gut feeling was when I had a consultation with Director Oh Seung-il at VN. During the consultation, he understood my needs perfectly, so I think that is what made up my mind haha. And I had said that I wanted to do it without implants, and he made a plan and explained a method that did not involve artificial implants! For this revision rhinoplasty, they refined my hump nose a bit more, and proceeded using ear cartilage and donated dermis as materials.
The front view and side view both turned out so pretty, and it seems to have settled well, so I feel really proudㅠㅠ... The starting point of the nasal bridge was lowered too, so I feel like my facial proportions improved to fit just right, and I am very satisfied in many ways. My friends all say it was good that I did it, so I feel proud for no reason haha. It will keep settling more, and I am looking forward to it becoming more natural and defined. Even when I think about it myself, I really feel like I did the right thing getting revision rhinoplasty haha.
