After calling a hospital specializing in foreign-body removal that said they provide good regenerative injections, laser treatment, and aftercare, they gave the basic explanation and cost right away and said surgery was possible immediately after consultation, so I booked a consultation. On the consultation day! I saw a review saying someone had been fooled by broker reviews here and had surgery done wrong, so I turned back at the building entrance ㅜ.
3. So I visited the hospital where I originally had the surgery. Since they’re all single-doctor clinics, even making consultation appointments was hard, and I was exhausted, so in the meantime I put down a 300,000 won deposit at a local clinic for surgery on October 7. I was trying to use only two vacation days from work, Friday and Tuesday;; The director took a quick look with the naked eye and said it wasn’t inflammation and it hadn’t shifted, and that stuff online about bone erosion is no big deal, so don’t be fooled and don’t remove it. Even though I said it throbs, my teeth sometimes hurt, my throat hurts too, and I had taken analgesic anti-inflammatory medication and antibiotics for over 2 years, stopping and starting... he still unnecessarily prescribed another 5 days of medication ㅡㅡ Crazy!! He said removal surgery is extremely, extremely simple, and if after taking medication a few more times I still really want it, he’ll remove it! He told me to come again since it’s not far. But it takes 1 hour 20 minutes because I have to transfer between bus and subway ㅡㅡ And because he’s busy, I couldn’t even get a consultation appointment, and he only scheduled me after 3 weeks!! What’s even funnier is the manager quoted a removal cost similar to place 2, so I disliked it even more. The director gave off the vibe that he’d only charge the anesthesia fee, but I guess not! Honestly, I had been planning to get surgery there for free;;

As the surgery date approached, I felt anxious and thought the local clinic wasn’t right, so I urgently canceled the morning before and booked 2 oral and maxillofacial dental clinics I had previously contacted by phone and KakaoTalk. They were 40 minutes away by one bus from work and home, the price was low, and they said consultation and immediate surgery were possible late that same afternoon. Local anesthesia... I was so nervous~! But they said they don’t remove paranasal implants, so I kept thinking about it and searched again!!
5. It takes almost twice as long, requires transfers, and costs more, yet only a consultation with the manager was possible and same-day surgery was not possible!! But since the appointment was at 2, I dragged my lazy body there~! First, the phone and KakaoTalk consultations were kind, the reviews were good... and they also remove paranasal implants, so I went, thinking I might as well give it a try. I took antibiotics and analgesic anti-inflammatory medication even on the consultation day before going. The manager had a very comfortable style... and reassured me about everything while looking at the CT because I was anxious. The implant was small, bone erosion wasn’t severe... and they said if the paranasal area didn’t hurt, there was no need to remove it. The manager said they had not removed theirs either and were satisfied. The director said they tidy up scar tissue well, so there would be no indentation or sagging, so I didn’t go to place 4, paid the reservation deposit right away, and decided to have surgery the next day~ I said I’d think until tomorrow about removing the paranasal implants. If removing the paranasal implants, they said it would be under sleep anesthesia, so I negotiated the price in advance and decided. They did a good job removing the chin and paranasal silicone implants... There was no bruising and not much swelling either.
