I was researching contouring and zygoma type 1 surgery online, and a lot of people said it was better to go in person, get a CT scan, and have a consultation, so I went around in person.
- Near Sinnonhyeon Station, ㄹㅇㅈ - I first consulted with the coordinator, then waited about 15 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor had just finished surgery and seemed busy, but it was nice that they explained my bone thickness and asymmetry while looking at the CT scan. However, there were so many reviews on the app saying it has no effect that I was torn. The price was also cheap, and the coordinator was kind. The price was 220 (buccal fat removal separate).
- Near Apgujeong Station, ㅇㅇㅇ - There were a lot of people to begin with, and I waited about 30 minutes from the coordinator consultation until I could meet the doctor. When they came and consulted with me, they did it while looking at photos taken from multiple angles of my face rather than the CT images (they only looked at the front-facing photo). As soon as they saw it, they said it would probably be very effective, and confidently said it would work well without mentioning any other surgical methods. The price was 275 (if you book on the same day, buccal fat removal is free).
Overall impression Honestly, I was looking for something with strong results, so the second one was more appealing, but I was a bit unsure because there wasn't a detailed consultation. I think I should look at other places too..
